1. Check outside if it is crack or metaboly.

2. Keep the top of batteries and connection clean and dry.

3. Check the connection if it is loose or corrosion to ensure it is firm. If the connection is corrosion, you should deal with it immediately so as to ensure electric conduction is good.

4. Examine if the hole of electrolyte is tightened. If not, it wil speed up battery lose water and shorten its service life.

5. Measure the voltage with voltmeter, and timely deal with or replace the battery whose voltage is clearly lower.

6. Often clean the dust of surface, special the connection between hole and terminal. After that, the surface of terminal had better be coated with a thin layer of vaseline, and don't use organic solvent to clean the battery case.

7. If you use the clear water to clean the battery, you should immediately dry the surface after cleaning. Don't let the water into the interior of battery.

8. Keep the peripheral region of lead acid battery pack ventilation, clean and dry.
